  • Although the Bisons were ostensably based in Buffalo, the team actually played in the Peace Bridge Arena in Fort Erie, Ontario.
  • On March 16, 1936, the roof of the Peace Bridge Arena collapsed due to a buildup of heavy snow on its roof. The team had finished its regular season schedule at the rink, but was forced to play its playoff games at the Niagara Falls Arena.
