Cape Cod initially folded on 12/28/1975, was resurrected, and then folded for good on 2/18/1976. Beauce seems to have been awarded a victory over Cape Cod for a game postponed early in the season but not replayed before Cape Cod folded. Jan 19 1976 game awarded to Philadelphia because Beauce used an ineligible player.
